• Eloise has this aura about her that inspires pokemon to obey her commands, and acknowledge her as their dominant. Because of this, more volatile pokemon will feel more inclined towards submissiveness and obedience than they might otherwise posess and the calmer more submissive pokemon out there will find themselves wanting to obey her orders almost immediately. This is especially effective on pokemon that she has bonded with, but has been known to also work on wild pokemon.

BRIEF HISTORY:

Eloise learned the value of power and control at a very young age, and filled herself with the resolve to not only gain these things, but to maintain them at almost all costs. The first time she tasted such a thing was during the summer that her mother had sent her off to some 'senseless' prestigious day camp - a camp with the sole purpose of weeding out potential 'great' trainers from the so-called masses and cultivating that greatness.  Now, if her mother ever had any idea that Eloise might come home with something other than a few butterfree she'd captured in a jar, it was entirely likely that she never would have been granted the permission to attend. Even if Eloise's presence away from her provided her with what she considered a 'much-needed reprieve' (though to be fair Eloise's mother was hardly ever sober or aware enough to recognize her own child's presence ), the woman never dreamed that her daughter would not just prove to be adept at catching a pokemon, but at catching a fighter-type no less. 

Goliath's presence was not welcome. And it was made known, but Eloise merely smiled, and informed her mother in the sweetest way possible that she most certainly would allow Goliath to stay...otherwise the world would know precisely what kind of mother she was. And she made darned sure it was known that she would be just the most convincing 'victim' ever too. Perhaps it was a sign of weakness in her mother, but she capitulated quickly - and Eloise had no problems exploiting that weakness. It was an important lesson, in just how to get what she wanted. 

Life continued on much in the same vein as it had, the presence of her then Mankee Goliath keeping any would-be violators at bay, but Eloise's hunger for that feeling of poer and control knew no bounds. She began to make use of that hunger in school - showing no hesitance in using Goliath to make her point, and though she never as much as said it, it was likely clear to those she victimized that there were no lines she was afraid of crossing. Fear, it appeared, had been something that the girl lost a long time ago. She had no qualms with bullying people half her size, or twice her size...and yet, she was clever about it. To most of the instructors' perspectives...not even butter would melt in this sweet, if admittedly ambitious girl. 

Soon though, she began to outstrip even her instructor's skills, and that - well, that was a problem. So perhaps it was a blessing that at age twelve she moved up in the world of schooling, when at the age of 12 she had managed to capture the attention of a school by the name of Master's Academy. Upon entry into the school, Eloise was quick to establish herself as MA's 'Queen Bee', and made it clear that those that wanted to hang onto her coat tails in hopes of attaining some place within the hierarchy of the student body were expected to fall in line with /her/ ideals. As a result, she soon found herself with a few syncophants that were quite pleased to do as were told. 

It wasn't until Zayne showed up that her dominance was questioned...and that was put to an end swiftly. By then her mankey had evolved, the evolution having taken place as a thing of necessity and encouraged by his trainer, and Goliath now truly suited his name. And Eloise had no qualms about making use of her pokemon's size or strength, and paid little heed to how very small the white-haired boy was. No, Zayne needed to understand the way of things, and she was quick to show him. 

Now, to this day, Eloise couldn't quite tell you what made her opinion of the small boy change - perhaps it was the absent way he just lowered his lashes in the face of Goliath's thread, or perhaps it was because she had enjoyed hearing of the things that this Zayne did. Whatever it was, that day Eloise decided to not only take him under her wing, but to accept him into her close inner circle of 'friends'. In fact, she decided that he was going to be even closer than that, showing him sides of herself that she never showed anyone else and even going so far as to allow his touch without her permission first. Cementing their bond even further was the gift that Zayne presented her with - a young duskull that she promptly fell in love with, the odd girl never once feeling fear in the presence of the ghost-type pokemon.

PERSONALITY POINTS 

• Elitist - Eloise is the best of the best, and she /knows/ it. Anyone that tries to pretend otherwise will quickly find themselves ground beneath her expensive heel, as she is swift to put those back into the place that she feels they need to become accustomed to being in. 
• Duplicitous - This girl is quite skilled at putting on facades, and she has so many different faces that she is capable of wearing that it's very difficult to see precisely which one is the /real/ Eloise. 
• Mean Girl - Don't ever let Eloise's sweet smile fool you, this girl is a mean girl through and through. She's antagonistic, a bully...and isn't even remotely apologetic about it. 
• Backstabber - This girl puts herself before all others. It's how it's always been and how it always will be, and she has no problems with stepping on anyone in her path if they happen to be in her way. She will do what she has to in order to make certain she stays on top of the heap, and anyone that thinks to try to climb up there with her without her permission can expect to be thoroughly kicked off. 
• Aggressive - Eloise is an aggressive type A personality, and because of this, she knows what she wants, and when she wants it. And will not stop until she gets it. She has no qualms about making what she wants known either...so long as it benefits her to do so.  
• Popular - Despite all of her so-called shortcomings, Eloise is rather popular - the girl finding it easy to make 'friends'. 
• Charismatic - Much like the leaders of occults, Eloise is the sort of person that can make herself very appealing to be around. She can draw in the crowd, when she so chooses, and can make people want to do as she says. 
• Controlling - When it comes to certain things, Eloise /must/ be the one in control. She does not take it kindly when someone else tries to rule her and instead turns it around on them...and makes them sorely sorry for it in the process. 
• Competitve - Eloise likes to win...and because of this, she's constantly making certain that she will...she doesn't cheat, but she does like to be sure the odds are in her favor. So she trains vigorously. 
• Sadistic - Do not ever believe the Eloise does not enjoy the results of the things that she does or says. That she doesn't relish every moment of fear, or pain that she inspires. It's true, she tends to keep this side of herself in check...but never doubt that it's there. And never doubt that she will make people suffer simply because it pleases her to watch them do so. 
• Manipulative - Eloise has no problems with using people...and will do what it takes to get them to agree to do as she commands. 
• Unsympathetic - Eloise does not feel bad for anyone - no matter how terrible a life they life. If they choose to wallow in their own misery...then she views them as pathetic, weak little insects to be stepped on, and she will gladly do so with relish. 
• Icily Detached - The real Eloise prefers to set herself apart from most other people. Those that she chooses to get close to might see other aspects of herself that no one else will see, but she has a hard time letting herself form real connections. In truth, there's only one person she has a real connection with - and there are plenty that would question her judgement in choosing him - and she doesn't have a desire for there to be anyone else like that in her life.

Goliath is an abnormality in the world of primeapes - his extremely large size setting him way apart from other pokemon of his breed. This was actually what attracted Eloise to him to begin with, the girl wanting something big and strong to keep her safe when there was no one else who would. His collorations are varying shades of brown, grey and white, with pink ears and nose.

 Goliath is a gruff, seemingly perpetually angry pokemon with the same elitist attitude as his trainer. He is also extremely possessive and protective of Eloise, and will not tolerate anyone speaking in a manner that he does not think is appropriate for her. He knows she doesn't need his protection, but he gives it anyway - and he also can be a bit of a bully, also similarly to his trainer. He has no patience for weakness and exploits it in others and does it often for fun.

Small and delicate, or at least as delicate as a duskull can get - Esmee is still in what could be called her 'infant' stage, and therefore she's far smaller than a fully grown duskull would be. She does, however, posess the typical features of a duskull, and therefore is easily recognizable as such.

Esmee does not pretend that she's 'nice' or 'cute' - even if her trainer thinks otherwise -  often chosing to purposely scare the younger/more timid students in an effort to see them cry, scream or otherwise react unpleasantly. She's a bit sadistic in this manner as it's something she truly enjoys to see, and isn't remotely discouraged from either. She is, however, clearly adoring of the trainer she was gifted to, and the boy that had gifted her to Eloise to begin with...and does not take it well when someone dares to try and speak or act in a manner that she doesn't believe they should.

In-School Relations: 

Zayne Maddox 

• Zayne is without a doubt one of her most trusted friends in the school. It's an odd combination, she knows, but there's just something about the small, quiet boy that makes her feel comfortable. Like she can be herself without being concerned about being judged. Because of this, she is more 'real' with him, and more relaxed when it is only the two of them together. Outsiders might view their relationship as a bit odd though as, occasionally - friend or no - she can be just as nasty to him as she is with everyone else. He apparently eats it up, and she has no qualms with 'punishing him' as she is his better. That and she genuinely believes that these punishments are for his own good as he can hardly be expected to learn. All in all, despite what others might think, she does /care/ about her Zayne. And if anyone else tried to harm him, there would likely be hell to pay.
