Only students accompanied by instructors are likely to make it to the Caldera. Nestled among the mountains, it is rumored to be an area favored by especially rare and even some legendary pokèmon due to it's seclusion. Dragon types, are said to be attracted by the clarity of the lake at it's center, while greenery surrounding the lake provides prey and other foods. Seeing as no student has professed to being there though, it's hard to say if there is any truth to these rumors.
