It had seemed like an eternity since he'd packed up to head to the academy. His gaze was aimed out the window, the rapidly moving bullet train causing had the greenery of the land moving by at rapid pace. How much longer would they have to travel? The young man, reached to the part in his jacket to gently pet the head of his traveling companion. Stolz, his recently acquired Dratini, usually liked to wander and explore, but it seemed he sensed his trainer's anxieties, and maybe understood that his Sebastian was worried that they were breaking a rule by having broken down and letting his pokèmon out of its pokèball.
Sebastian had always been the sort of child who tended to worry about breaking rules and upsetting figures of authority, and it occurred to him that perhaps he shouldn't have his Pokèmon out. It was just; he'd never really traveled so far from home, let alone by himself. He'd given in an broken a rule that might not even exist, and yes he felt terrible for it, but at the same time, the familiarity of the friendly pokèmon wrapped around him from under his light jacket was soothing. With a soft sigh, Sebastian propped his head up on hand, and allowed his eyes to slip shut. The tension and anxiety of the trip could not last forever, and now that it waned, the boy found himself drained. Still there was energy enough to grin a bit, as the blue serpentine dragon type stretched up and gently bopped him under the chin with his snout, offering his trainer reassurance. Whatever this scary thing was that had his Sebastian worried, they would face it together.

Stolz, is a mostly blue Dratini with hints of darker purple around the tail and along his four fins. The lighter colored specialized scales that line his belly, allow the Dratini to move along the ground much as a snake might, his four fins closer to the side of his body rather than under, so that they are out of the way for such maneuvers. Being young still, it is likely that if he doesn't evolve first, he could likely grow to be larger yet.
