No New Posts Hot springs

The black rock that builds it's way as one moves further from the open plains, until eventually the hot springs are reached. Constantly steaming, and some bubbling their is little by way of life in these pools. Lava tubes run under the rock here, fed by a constant supply of magma that surfaces occasionally through some hole or crack, either pooling briefly before being drawn back in when pressure decrease, or seeping out to eventually cool. Fire types love this area, and a few determined plant types can occasionally be spotted, though typically they are rooting plants like Bellsprout.

No New Posts Vast Desert

Leaving the Hot Springs, and continuing past the raise rocky surface created by magma flow the plant life really recovers. Sand replaces soil, the lack of moisture making it perfect for many ground types, as well as other pokèmon adapted to desert life. A relatively small portion of the desert is all that is included in the safari zone. Make sure you keep a look out for the marked boarder, going to far into this hazardous environment is a sure way to cut your life short.
