Rewards System
[/li][/ul]Here on MA we like to try and promote activity in as many ways as possible, so we've come up with a system that actually /rewards/ players for just doing what they're supposed to do - being active on site!
Thread Rewards
On MA, there are several different types of posting threads - basic, survival, learning and battle. For each different type of thread you engage in, you are elligible to receive a reward of Stat Points that you can add to your trainer's pokemon. Listed below are the guidelines for this part of the rewards system.

- Stat points can only be claimed for the character(s) actually involved in the thread. You can not claim the points and then ask to have them added to
- Stat points can be added on to ONE pokemon only, unless otherwise specified. It doesn't matter if you have no pokemon active in certain threads or both pokemon active.

Thread Types
- Basic:
- Basic threads are just threads consisting of characters doing any old thing.
- For Basic threads you get a reward of +3 stat points that are free to place on one pokèmon of your choosing
- This reward is claimable every 15 posts in a basic thread.
- A learning thread takes place during what is considered class time.
- For this type of thread, you earn a reward of +5 stat points that are free to split up between all pokèmon active in the thread, or to put on just one pokèmon as you choose. As this thread is essentially a class, your trainer /should/ have at least one of their pokèmon active, so everyone does benefit from this.
- This reward is claimable only at the close of the thread.
- Survival:
- A survival thread takes place in one of the outdoors places on site, and consists of your trainer's pokèmon either hunting or gathering for food.
- For this type of thread you earn the reward of +1 of each stat (+1 Speed, +1 Stamina, +1 Attack,+1 Defense) for each pokèmon that is actively involved in the thread.
- This reward is claimable only at the close of the thread.
- A battle thread takes place in the arenas and must consist of, you guessed it, actual battle between a trainer's pokèmon.
- For this type of thread - you will receive the reward of +2 to each stat type for every pokèmon involved in the battle, for more than one post, or that was knocked out of battle.
- This reward is claimable only at the close of the battle thread.

Contests are site wide events that will take place as site staff sees fit to hold them. Some types of contests will likely be: Of the Month(s), Advertising Contests, Trivia...really a contest could be anything. They will be held for a set amount of time, and once the contest is closed, winners will claim their prizes. Now, prizes are pretty much anything the site staff holding the contest feels like giving. It could be site currency, stat points, or even a baby pokemon that one of the staff has bred for the occasion. If you have won a contest, please copy the form in highlight and reply to this thread with the form filled out appropriately.

Miscellaneous Monetary Rewards
Events, or Stand Alone Events are scenarios presented for members to read, and then chose pre-constructed responses with their characters in order to determine the end result. Events can be used to promote happenings on the site, as well as to give members the opportunities to allow their characters to earn prizes, Pokèdollars, and sometimes even new pokèmon. Events must be purchased prior to engaging in them, and may have a set of requirements or restrictions attached to them, but upon completion you should receive a prize code. When you have completed the event please copy and fill out the form below.
